Every Tuesday, UDCBK holds an Easy Japanese Salon. The Easy Japanese Salon is a place where foreigners and Japanese people in the area can communicate using "easy Japanese."

If you would like to participate, please apply to the Kusatsu International Friendship Association (KIFA) for the first session only. From the second session onwards, you are free to participate without applying.

*Easy Japanese is simple Japanese that was created in disaster prevention sites and is easy for everyone to understand. For example, saying "nigete" (run away) instead of "hinan kudasai" (please evacuate) makes it easier for foreigners and small children to understand.
